Specialist Alec Logue was born on April 30th, 2002 in Grand Island, Nebraska; to Ryan and Sandra (Glover) Logue. He has three brothers; Riley, Braden, and Gavin.
When he was 10 months old his parents move him and his brothers to Millard, Nebraska. He attended Millard Public Schools until he was in 5th grade. During his 5th grade year, his parents moved the family back to Grand Island to be closer to his grandmother, Bev Logue. Alec attended Engleman Elementary School for a semester, then went to Westridge Middle School, and then Grand Island Senior High. At Grand Island Senior High, he was a part of the football and track team. His freshman year he made State track in hurdles. He graduated from Senior High in 2020 and was unable to have a graduation or prom because of COVID.
In 2022, Alec joined the Army Reserves and was sent to Bootcamp at Fort Leonard Wood, he enlisted as a 31B Military Police Officer. He graduated as a Private First-Class MP in July of 2022. When returning back to Nebraska, he lives in Phillips. He is on the Phillips Volunteer Fire Department and works for Logue Plumbing with his dad and brother.
Alec is following in the footsteps of his late great-grandfather; Paul Howard (Army) and great-grandfather; Alvin Glover (Army), and his late grandfather; Ronald Logue (Army Reserves) and grandfather; Dennis Glover (Air Force). Alec is following their footsteps in protecting our great country. He is enjoying his time as an Army Reservist MP and plans to retire from the Army.
Alec and his family are honored to be a part of the heroes and thank everyone for their service. Currently, he is deployed in an undisclosed location.
