George was born September 10, 1932 and died July 27, 1992.
He served with the United States Air Force during the Korean War 1952-1956, achieved a rank of Airman First Class, and was an aircraft mechanic.
During his time in the service, he received the National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and the United Nations Service Medal.
After his service, he was employed by Skagway until his passing.
George liked to fish and work in his yard and garden.
His family includes his wife, Gloria, four daughters, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
