Dennis J Miller was born in LaMirada, California on March 3rd, 1957. To his parents Roger and Dianne Miller. He graduated from LaMirada high school and entered the United States Air Force after graduation. He was in Squadron 3702 Flight 0786 at Lackland military training center and was an airmen first class at Ellsworth Air Force base where he was stationed until completion of his time in the Air Force.
He married his wife Gayle and moved to Grand Island in 1980 and together they have three children; Heather Monson, Crystal Wolfe, and Adam Miller. Dennis and Gayle have 13 grandchildren.
Dennis joined the Grand Island Fire Department in 1987 where he still works for the Life Safety Team today.
